| Cruising to Alaska was simply breathtaking. The rich mountain air that swept through the 49th state has created a unique identity to each port and the small town experience embraces its true beauty. |

| This year marks Alaska’s 50th year of statehood and they celebrated it well with special events onboard and ashore. For example, we were visited onboard by Libby Riddles, the first woman to win the Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1985, who presented her amazing story of
that historical moment. Days later, we were off for our own Dog Sled & Musher Camp adventure, which gave us a small glimpse of the Musher’s life. |
|
| From port to port, we sailed in style onboard the Star Princess; with outstanding service, food, shows and activities, it was truly a destination in itself. From our ship to Mendenhall Glacier and everything in between, the memories will forever be embedded in our hearts. |
|
| An Alaska cruise is a must-experience destination that will forever impress upon you to make a much needed return in the future. |
