Thank you for participating in the Maika`i Program with Regal Travel. Below you will find information about the program, benefits and important conditions you need to know in order to gain the most benefit of this loyal reward program.

How can I get started?
It's simple to become a Maika`i member and there is no cost to participate. Visit any Foodland or Sack N Save store and ask our cashier for a Maika`i application form.

How do I earn Maika`i points?
Earn one Maika`i Point for every qualifying purchase (excludes purchases of liquor, postage stamps, bus passes, gift certificates, gift cards, sales tax, bottle fees and/or where otherwise stated). For each dollar you spend using your Maika`i Card at Foodland or Sack N Save on qualifying purchases you'll earn one point.
Your Reward Certificate
The certificate is issued at check out each time you accumulate 250 points on your Maika`i Card.
When can I start using my points towards my travel arrangements?
You can start using your points when you accumulate at least 2,500 Regal Travel points. For every 2,500 points, you will receive $25 in travel credit that you can use towards any travel arrangements from hotel/car bookings, interisland, domestic and international air tickets, cruises and tours, Disney vacation packages, Las Vegas packages, travel insurance to Regal Travel gift certificates for friends and family.
Will my points expire?
Accumulated Maikai Points expire if card if not used in a consecutive twelve month period. For questions or concerns, please call Foodland’s customer service at (808) 732-0791.
Do I have to use all of my points towards one transaction?
No, Regal Travel reward program gives you flexibility on how you want to use your points. You can apply the total points you have towards one transaction or you can split them and use them at different occasions.
How do I check how many points I have at Regal Travel?
Simply call Regal Travel at 1-800-799-0865.
How do I update my name, address or phone number information on my Maika`i Card account?

    Can I use my points towards my friend or family member’s travel arrangement?
    Yes, you can. All you need to do is to call our agents and let them know that you want to apply your points towards your friend or family’s reservation.
    Checking your point balance
    Simply call 1-800-799-0865 or email ask@regaltravel.com; our dedicated agents will verify your points and contact you back with an accurate point balance within 48 hours. Information needed by our agents to verify your point balance include a full name registered on the card and a 12-digit Maika`i card number.
    What do I do when I am ready to use my points towards my vacation?
    Again, call 1-800-799-0865 and let our agent know that you are a Maika`i card member and want to use your point balance towards your reservation.
    I prefer making a travel reservation at the office, which Regal office can I go to?
